Discover our evaporative cooling systems designed to meet the needs of industries, warehouses, and production spaces.
What is evaporative cooling?
The evaporative cooling represents the most sustainable, effective, and economical technological solution for the summer conditioning of industrial buildings, warehouses, hangars, railway workshops, and sports and commercial environments.
It is the ideal system to ensure optimal comfort and performance, capable of recreating a healthy and comfortable working environment for employees, even during the hottest days, minimizing energy consumption and environmental pollution.
Evaporative cooling, also known as adiabatic cooling, exploits the natural principle of thermodynamics called "adiabatic transformation." This natural process cools the air through the evaporation of water, which acts as a natural refrigerant.
How evaporative cooling works
Individual units draw hot air from the outside which, once filtered, passes through water-saturated honeycomb evaporative panels.
The air, pushed by the fan, transfers part of its heat to the water contained in the evaporative cooling pads, thus lowering its temperature by as much as 5 – 10 °C.
The air is then introduced into the working environment at more comfortable temperatures.
Advantages of evaporative cooling
F-GAS FREE
The system does not use gases or refrigerant fluids, but exclusively exploits the natural principle of water evaporation.
Savings
78% reduction in energy consumption. 70% reduction in system costs. Low operating and maintenance costs.
Healthiness
The air inside the environment is continuously renewed and carries hot air outside through the building's openings.
SAFETY AND PRODUCTIVITY
Reduction of thermal discomfort and increase in productivity thanks to the psychophysical well-being of workers.
COMFORT AND VERSATILITY
More comfortable temperature in workplaces. Adaptability to every type of environment, from industrial to railway, from commercial to sports.
SILENT OPERATION
The cooling units are installed outside the building and components with low noise emissions are used.
Evaporative cooling is eco-friendly
Zero greenhouse gas emissions
Cooling uses only water to cool the air. By choosing an evaporative cooler, we can contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
Energy efficiency
With an evaporative cooling system, we reduce electricity consumption by 78% compared to a traditional system. Furthermore, while incurring a 70% lower cost!
Conscious use of water
The water used during the cooling process is not wasted.
During the cooling process, water evaporates and returns to the environment through natural processes, such as precipitation, fog, and other similar phenomena. Once returned to the environment, it will again be part of the hydrological cycle.
Furthermore, thanks to the Water Saving function, it is possible to optimize the amount of water used, avoiding unnecessary waste.
Who it is for
Industrial
Industry requires effective cooling systems with low energy consumption for the psychophysical well-being of its employees.
Agriculture and livestock
Greenhouses and livestock farms need to be adequately cooled to ensure the right climate for the growth of plants and animals.
Railway
The railway sector requires an adequately cooled environment for the comfort of its employees, especially in workshops where train maintenance operations are performed.
Aviation
The aeronautical sector uses hangars of considerable height for aircraft maintenance operations. These locations need to be adequately cooled to ensure the well-being of personnel.
Sports
Sports venues require cooled and healthy environments for the activities carried out inside, where it is possible to keep doors and windows open even with the cooling system in operation.
Naval
Shipyards and ship construction or maintenance areas require systems capable of managing large volumes of air: evaporative systems offer constant freshness and high efficiency.

Evaporative cooling vs air conditioning
Cooling
Zero CO₂ emissions
Evaporative cooling produces no direct CO₂ emissions, ensuring minimal environmental impact thanks to the use of the water evaporation principle.
Influenced by the external climate
Cooling capacity depends on the climatic conditions present in the external environment; despite this, energy consumption remains unchanged.
Frequent air changes
With evaporative cooling, the air is always fresh and clean thanks to continuous air changes, which eliminate odors, dust, and pollutants, ensuring healthier and more comfortable environments.
Correct humidity percentage
Evaporative cooling adds the right percentage of humidity to the air, making the environment fresher, more comfortable, and healthier even during the hottest days.
Open doors and windows
With a cooling system, doors and windows can safely remain open, promoting a constant air exchange and a healthier, more pleasant environment.
Air conditioning
CO₂ emissions
Traditional air conditioning generates high CO₂ emissions, as it uses refrigerant gases for its operation, which are potentially harmful to the environment.
Not influenced by the external climate
The system is not influenced by climatic conditions, making it ideal for any environment; however, as the external temperature rises, energy consumption increases.
Few air changes
With an air conditioning system, the air is not always clean, as there is partial recirculation that can favor the accumulation of dust, allergens, and bacteria, impacting the quality of the indoor environment.
Drier air
Air conditioning removes moisture from the air, making it drier, with the risk of causing discomfort such as dryness of the respiratory tract and a general feeling of less comfort.
Closed doors and windows
With air conditioning, it is necessary to keep doors and windows closed to ensure maximum efficiency of the system, thereby limiting natural air circulation.
Remote management of evaporative coolers
Thanks to the supervision software, designed specifically, you have the possibility to remotely optimize the correct operation of adiabatic cooling systems, even from mobile devices, for autonomous management of all cooling equipment.
Via an internet connection, you can easily turn on and turn off individual units, set temperature set points, and monitor their progress.
Through the graphic interface, it is also possible to obtain consumption data and better manage any scheduled maintenance.

Evaporative cooling FAQ
Do you have doubts about evaporative cooling? In this section, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you better understand how it works, what advantages it offers, and when it is best to choose it.
Evaporative cooling is a natural technology that exploits the evaporation of water to lower the air temperature. External air is filtered through wet panels, cools uniformly, and is introduced into the rooms. The result is effective cooling, with always clean air and significant energy savings compared to traditional systems.
Compared to air conditioning, evaporative cooling offers significantly lower consumption, no use of refrigerant gases, and a constant exchange of fresh air. Furthermore, it does not dry the air but makes it healthier, improving the comfort of working environments and reducing environmental impact.
The energy consumption of an evaporative cooling system is extremely low, as it only requires the electricity necessary for fans and pumps.
Evaporative cooling is ideal for industrial buildings, workshops, warehouses, livestock farms, and large production spaces where continuous ventilation is required. It is particularly suitable in environments where doors and windows often remain open, and where air conditioning would therefore be ineffective and very expensive.
Yes. Evaporative cooling guarantees a constant air exchange and enriches the air with the right percentage of humidity, useful for ensuring an ideal microclimate for worker comfort.
Humidity, in fact, helps keep the air more breathable and ensures it is not excessively dry. Dry air, such as that created by traditional climate control systems, can cause throat irritation and eye discomfort during production activities, increasing discomfort and lapses in concentration which, as we well know, can increase the risk of accidents.
