NUBES® - The HMI SCADA solution for supervision
Supervision platform in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode for remote control, regulation, and supervision of heating and cooling systems and single/dual-stage burners.
NUBES® provides the ability to manage all recently installed heating and cooling systems from a single cloud-based platform via access from computer, tablet, or smartphone, through a smart work environment, accessible from a fixed location or on the move.
Management is performed through the EyeLan APP or nubesforyou Dashboard and allows remote assistance from the authorized Technical Service Center or a trusted maintenance provider who wishes to join the system.
Communication between the terminal and Cloud is protected by TLS/SSL certificate, which ensures authentication, integrity, and data encryption, operating above the "transport layer." SHA256 encryption with RSA 2048-bit encoding, HTTPS Ethernet connection.
A smart platform
The use of NUBES® and its related services requires internet access; each EU-Qbo300 device is allocated cloud space for data storage, for the maintenance of which an annual fee is required.
For new installations, the service is free for the first year; failure to renew subsequently does not in any way affect the operation of the supervised system, which remains controlled by the centralized unit in local mode. Only cloud services will be disabled.
The EU-Qbo300 centralized unit is configured as a plastic box for wall installation equipped with a keypad and display, which make local system management available in case the cloud connection is suspended.
Communication to field systems occurs via RS-485 BUS. The device can be addressed through a static IP of the facility LAN network or maintain DHCP Client configuration.
In addition to full and comprehensive control of your field devices (proprietary firmware), we offer the possibility of integrating additional thermal units present in the facility, thus extending to all your systems the ease of management and flexibility offered by the Cloud architecture.

Thanks to the Cloud, system maintenance becomes simpler, faster, and more effective. The maintenance provider has a complete overview of the system status in real time and the ability to verify, program, and modify multiple parameters such as:
alarms for any anomalies, routine maintenance, display of the status of main components (notifications can be activated via APP), remote assistance from your trusted technician, authorized Technical Center, or manufacturer, and remote firmware updates.

Through a Dashboard with a clear and intuitive graphic interface, the designated/authorized person can immediately perform an initial analysis of the historical data relevant from an energy perspective and can then download it for a more in-depth evaluation and search for customized solutions for further consumption optimization.
