The MULTIEURAD system is a modular gas radiant heating system, consisting of multiple EURAD radiant tubes connected to a single fume extractor and a common exhaust duct, a solution that ensures maximum efficiency and simplified system management.

Designed to meet large-scale industrial heating requirements, MULTIEURAD ensures uniform comfort and high energy efficiency even in large environments. Thanks to its flexible structure and the ability to combine multiple modules, it allows partial or total area heating of the building, adapting to every production layout requirement.

All system components maintain the same performance as EURAD radiant tubes, with high-resistance calorized aluminized steel pipes and aluminum or stainless steel reflective parabolas with a mirror surface to optimize heat direction and reduce losses.

The system is also equipped with a centralized fume extractor, which can be installed internally or externally to the building, simplifying maintenance and improving overall system safety. Upon request, each individual zone can be controlled individually via customized management software.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

To ensure optimal performance and maximum safety, the MULTIEURAD system, in addition to the standard components present in EURAD radiant tubes, also includes:

Fume exhaust system

Made of stainless steel, it is designed to convey combustion fumes from each individual radiant module to the central extraction featuring a centrifugal fan, which serves as the central extraction point.

The exhaust line is assembled using a complete range of components (linear pipes, bends, tees, branches and technical joints) with a diameter of 150 mm. The system is designed to last over time, and the connections of the various components and the main fan have a perfect seal.

Centrifugal fan

Designed for fume extraction from the radiant circuit, the fan is equipped with a steel impeller with backward curved blades, statically and dynamically balanced to withstand high temperatures, coupled directly to the motor shaft.

The steel spiral casing receives a specific protective surface treatment and is already prepared for connection to standard flues of 150 mm.
