Thanks to the calibrated air flow, these industrial air blades maintain a constant comfort temperature even near large doors and gates, reducing thermal fluctuations and increasing the overall energy efficiency of the building.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The EUWIND air curtain for industrial doors is a system consisting of a ventilating tower positioned on one or both sides of an industrial door and a platform with slot from which air at ambient temperature is discharged.

The ventilating column contains:

  • An air intake protected against the introduction of foreign elements
  • An extension to raise the air intake point
  • An upper silencer
  • Two axial fans with an interposed flow straightener
  • A lower silencer
  • The connection curve of the self-supporting platform to be buried

The self-supporting platform to be buried is equipped with an angled slot for correct air discharge. The fan draws stratified ambient air near the facility ceiling and conveys it through the silencers into the distribution channel and then through the slot from where it is pushed out at considerable velocity. This jet cuts and lifts the cold air creeping along the floor and carries it out of the building, preventing the escape of warm air from inside the facility.
