TECHNICAL FEATURES
Robust and durable construction
The housing is made of heavy-gauge galvanized sheet metal, pre-painted with epoxy powders to ensure maximum resistance to rust, corrosion, chemicals, and solvents. Assembly with self-tapping screws allows for quick and simplified maintenance, ensuring strength and long service life.
Adjustable mounting bracket
The adjustable mounting bracket, supplied as standard, allows easy adjustment of the angle according to the characteristics of the doorway or structure on which it is installed. By placing multiple units side by side, the air curtains can adapt to doorways of any width, ensuring proper airflow distribution.
High-performance fan assembly
The fan assembly consists of a double-inlet centrifugal fan with forward-curved aluminum blades, directly coupled to the electric motor. The unit is mounted on elastic supports and shock absorbers to reduce vibration and noise. The large-diameter fans ensure high airflow at low speeds, guaranteeing quiet operation and efficiency. The three-speed motor, equipped with thermal protection and double cable insulation, complies with international safety standards and includes a safety guard.
Euwind overhead industrial air curtains are available in three versions: air-only, with electric heating elements, or with hot water coil.
Air-only
This version of the industrial air curtains is equipped only with the fan assembly, yet still ensures high efficiency.
The system channels downward the air present in the upper part of the environment — already naturally warm — creating a continuous air blade that reduces temperature fluctuations and improves comfort in transit areas.
With electric heating elements
The air blades with electric heating elements integrate a heating section with aluminum-finned armored heating elements, compliant with international safety standards. Warm air is thus distributed uniformly along the opening, improving thermal comfort even during the coldest periods.
Each unit is equipped with a safety thermostat and available in versions with 230V or 400V power supply, for perfect integration into any system.
With hot water coil
In this configuration, the industrial doorway air curtains use a high-efficiency hot water heat exchange coil, with copper tubes and aluminum fins assembled by mechanical expansion.
Coils tested at 30 Bar pressure, suitable for operation with water up to a maximum pressure of 15 Bar. Suitable for operation with hot water, low-temperature water, and superheated water.
