Eucerk radiant strips
Ceiling-mounted radiant heating system consisting of gas radiant strips designed to ensure uniform and constant thermal comfort in industrial warehouses, logistics hubs, hangars, railway workshops, and shipyards.
EUCERK gas radiant strips
The EUCERK radiant strip system is a gas-fired ceiling radiant heating system, designed to ensure high energy efficiency and uniform thermal comfort in large environments, such as industrial warehouses, logistics warehouses, hangars, railway workshops, production areas, shipyards, and sports facilities.
Its operation is based on the principle of radiation, whereby heat is transmitted directly to surfaces, people, and objects without heating the surrounding air. In this way, the perceived temperature is more homogeneous and comfortable, with lower energy loss compared to traditional convection systems.
Available in two models – HE and HE-Jr – the EUCERK radiant strip system offers modulating power from 30 kW up to 290 kW, with a thermal efficiency exceeding 95% and a maximum circuit length of up to 150 meters, guaranteeing extended thermal coverage and constant performance even in the most complex configurations.
Thanks to careful design development and the use of high-quality materials, EUCERK radiant strips ensure maximum reliability, operational safety, and low atmospheric emissions, representing an ideal solution for those seeking efficiency and comfort in heating large industrial spaces.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Thermal unit
- Combustion chamber for flame containment in AISI 310 stainless steel;
- Fully welded machine body in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Its main feature is the recovery of combustion products to re-emit approximately 90% into the radiant circuit, uniforming the surface temperature of the radiant pipes, increasing efficiency, and reducing consumption and atmospheric emissions; - High-efficiency premixed Low NOx burner with an extensive modulation range, power between 30 kW and 290 kW depending on the model. Manufactured according to the most advanced environmental protection criteria, it guarantees excellent efficiency with NOx emissions < 50 mg/kWh and absence of CO. The modulating operation of the units ensures that the air/gas mixture is proportional, a factor that constantly generates efficiency exceeding 95%;
- Microprocessor for complete management of the system;
- Inverter for motor speed control and consumption reduction;
- Set of thermostats and pressure switches (safety, operating, differential);
- Stainless steel impeller with high-efficiency backward-curved blades;
- Motor shaft cooling spacer for longer life;
- Additional aluminum impeller for motor cooling;
- High-efficiency three-phase motor;
- Radiant circuit flow available on the right or left side.
Pre-assembled radiant ducts
- Pair of pipes with a 300 mm diameter, in aluminized steel treated at
high temperature to achieve the highest and most homogeneous radiant power. - Self-supporting frame for supporting and containing the radiant pipes, made of
rectangular section tubing and galvanized steel angle profiles. - Side closing panel in pre-painted steel sheet, shaped
with double longitudinal stiffening ribs and a fold at the bottom
edge to contain the side insulation mat. - Upper and side insulation in glass wool treated with
totally phenol-free inorganic binders, non-combustible, coupled with aluminum
foils. Tested and certified as totally free of
formaldehyde and methyl isocyanate emissions. - Aluminized steel spacer element, installed transversely to the
self-supporting frame to prevent contact between radiant pipes and
thermal insulation. - Expansion joint consisting of stainless steel telescopic elements with
an internal sealing ring in graphitized carbon fiber. - Suspension bracket suitable for coupling with the upper profile of the
frame. - Available in different versions depending on the power and specific
application.
Reduced emissions and environmental sustainability
Radiant strips guarantee certified low NOx emissions, contributing to the reduction of environmental impact and compliance with European sustainability regulations. An ideal solution for companies that want to heat large industrial environments efficiently, reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
Maximum energy savings
Thanks to the low electrical power consumption, radiant systems ensure significant savings on energy consumption compared to traditional hot air systems. The high efficiency (>95%) allows for optimizing operating costs and ensuring a fast and lasting return on investment over time.
Quiet operation
The thermal unit installed outdoors reduces noise inside the heated environment. This translates into greater acoustic comfort for operators and a more peaceful and productive work environment, even in contexts where noise can be an issue.
Maximum installation versatility
Radiant strips adapt to any type of industrial environment, from warehouses to logistics centers, up to workshops and hangars. The ability to manage zone heating allows for intervention only where needed, optimizing consumption and ensuring maximum operational flexibility based on production needs.
Uniform and constant thermal comfort and greater safety
Thanks to the principle of radiation, radiant strips ensure comfort temperatures without air stratification, avoiding the classic thermal gradient between floor and ceiling. Furthermore, the absence of heating elements on the ground or walls leaves spaces completely free, allowing for full utilization without obstruction constraints.
Healthier and safer environments
Radiant systems do not move air, avoiding the lifting of dust and impurities. This ensures a cleaner, healthier, and safer environment for operators, particularly suitable in sectors where hygiene and air quality are fundamental.
Intelligent consumption optimization
The regulation algorithm continuously adapts the delivered power to the actual environmental conditions, reducing consumption without compromising comfort.
Modularity and portability
The system layout can be adapted over time based on new needs. The simplicity of installation also allows for its transfer and reuse in a different facility.
EUCERK radiant strips are available in two versions: HE EVO 4 and HE JR EVO 4.
