A natural heating system that meets Hyundai’s needs
The customer’s needs were straightforward: their goal was to use an existing 100 kW condensing boiler, which they already had, to supply water to the radiant water panel circuits and our ceiling radiant heating system, to heat uniformly the showroom.
The purpose was to achieve uniform heating throughout the showroom. Due to this, the positioning of the panels needed to ensure they didn’t obstruct the vehicle lifting platforms used for maintenance.
The specific requests were as follows:
Temperature gradient: 75/55 °C
Panels positioned at 4.5 meters from the ground
Thermal power: 36.5 kW
Connection to the existing condensing boiler
THE PROPOSED SOLUTION
Through 4Heat s.r.o., the exclusive distributor of Carlieuklima products in the Czech Republic, we designed a ceiling radiant panel system called EUTERM that fully meets all these requirements. This system not only addresses the customer’s functional needs but also offers a significant aesthetic impact.
We installed 100 meters of EUTERM AVH900 panels, each with a width of 90 cm, positioned at a height of 4.5 meters compared to the maximum height of the warehouse at 5.5 meters.
Comfortable temperatures without excessive temperature gradients. No floor or wall heating systems.
The heating system operates silently, causing no disruption to staff and customers.
