THE NEED
The company’s goal was to upgrade the heating system.
The existing one was inefficient and consumed a lot of energy.
In addition, the continuous convective motion of the heated air raised the dust making breathing harmful and control over performance and costs was very approximate. Finally, the space occupied by the tanks, the radiators and the power plant was even 1,600 square meters.
All this made the management of the plant difficult and inefficient.
THE PROPOSED SOLUTION
After a careful study and evaluation of the project, we replaced the existing system with an EUCERK gas-fired radiant heating system.
First of all, our team of experts has eliminated the existing system by freeing and redeveloping useful spaces. Then they installed the radiant system composed of 51 modulating burners, started the system and instructed the staff in charge of the management.
All within four months.
