A company that manufactures sheet metal processing machines. Thanks to the quality of its products, the extreme flexibility of its production lines, and continuous investment in R&D, Produtech S.r.l. has established itself as a leading company in the production and sale of systems dedicated to sheet metal processing, both in Europe and in non-European markets.
Requirement
During the renovation of the old hangar, the Bergamo-based company contacted us to entrust us with the design of the new heating and cooling systems for its production departments.
The company's goal was to create comfortable workspaces for its employees throughout the year using systems that were sustainable in terms of energy savings and could be managed independently and easily.
The proposed solution
Regarding heating, we recommended the installation of an EUCERK radiant heating system to Produtech, which is perfectly suited to the client's needs in terms of healthiness, comfort, and aesthetics.
To uniformly heat the entire 1,880 m² production area, we installed 3 units at a height of between 7 and 9 meters, divided as follows:
- 2 radiant strip heaters, 90 kW each
- 1 radiant strip heater, 120 kW
