A natural heating system that meets Hyundai's needs
The client's goal was to utilize a 100 kW condensing boiler to power the water-based radiant panel circuits and our radiant heating system to uniformly and effectively heat the new showroom.
Client
Lenner Motors, an expert supplier in the field of acoustic/thermal insulation and damping parts, serving high-end automotive brands such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The company recently opened a brand-new Hyundai showroom and service center in Říčany u Prahy, Czech Republic.
Requirements
The client's requirements were straightforward: their goal was to use an existing 100 kW condensing boiler to power the water-based radiant panel circuits and our radiant ceiling heating system to uniformly heat the showroom.
For this reason, the panels had to be positioned so as not to obstruct the lifting platforms used for vehicle maintenance.
The specific requirements were as follows:
- Temperature gradient 75/55 °C
- Panels installed 4.5 meters above the ground
- Thermal output 36.5 kW
- Connection to the existing condensing boiler
The proposed solution
Through 4Heat s.r.o., our exclusive distributor in the Czech Republic, we designed an EUTERM radiant ceiling panel system that fully meets all these requirements while also providing the client with a system that offers a significant aesthetic impact.
We installed 100 m of EUTERM AVH900, 90 cm wide, at a height of 4.5 m, relative to the building's maximum height of 5.5 m.
