The objective was to upgrade the heating system. The existing system was inefficient and had high energy consumption. The continuous convective motion of the air raised dust, making breathing hazardous, and control over performance and costs was imprecise.

Requirement
The company's objective was to upgrade the heating system. The existing system was inefficient and had high energy consumption.
Furthermore, the continuous convective motion of the heated air raised dust, making breathing hazardous, and control over performance and costs was very imprecise. Finally, the space occupied by tanks, radiators, and the thermal power plant amounted to as much as 1,600 m². All of this made the management of the system difficult and inefficient.
The proposed solution
After a thorough study phase and a careful evaluation of the project, we replaced the existing system with a radiant heating system using EUCERK gas radiant strips.
Our team of experts first removed the pre-existing system, freeing up and reclaiming useful space. They then proceeded to install the radiant system with 51 modulating burners, start up the system, and train the personnel in charge of management. All within four months.
