C.M.S chooses evaporative cooling to cool 1,400 m² of production area!
The objective of C.M.S was to effectively cool the 1,400 m² production area to recreate a comfortable environment for its employees, while simultaneously ensuring the precision and quality of the manufacturing processes.
Client
A company specialized in precision mechanical machining, operating nationally and internationally, it has become an important point of reference over the years in various sectors, including automotive and aeronautics.
Requirement
To cool its 1,400 m² production area, the same area that is already heated in winter thanks to an Eucerk radiant strip system.

The proposed solution
In order to meet the company's needs, we proposed the installation of an EUCOLD evaporative cooling system, which, by exploiting the natural process of water evaporation, cools the air without the use of refrigeration machines.
We installed 5 adiabatic coolers at a height of 5.60 m (compared to the building's 8.20 m) with a remote control unit for each individual unit to be able to regulate the temperature in the different work areas at any time.
This type of system actually enjoys many advantages compared to a traditional air conditioning system.
