Radiant heating panels for a silent and efficient heating system
The company needed to replace the heating system in the existing warehouse, which consisted of a system with hot water unit heaters, and to heat the adjacent new industrial warehouse.

The company needed to replace the heating system in the existing warehouse, which consisted of a heating system with hot water unit heaters, and to heat the adjacent new industrial warehouse.
All through a system capable of heating the environment uniformly without creating stratification phenomena.
The proposed solution
The technical-economic solution proposed for both plants was to install an EUTERM radiant heating panel system, ideal in terms of silence, healthiness, and comfort.
Radiant panels are also the optimal solution in rooms where processing and concentrations of stored materials involve the formation of gases, vapors, and/or dust that can lead to fires and/or explosions.
Regarding the replacement of the existing system, we installed at a height of 8.5 m a total of 518 meters of EUTERM AVH 900 radiant panels with a power of 330 kW.
To heat the adjacent warehouse instead, we installed 770 meters of EUTERM AVH 600 with a power of 340 kW at the same height.
Both systems have an ambient temperature sensor, which acts on the relative zone pump to ensure the right comfort during working hours.
Benefits obtained
Silence
The system does not generate any type of noise, making it perfect for an environment where the existing machinery already produces it
Healthiness
Radiant panels do not generate air and dust movement, ensuring a work environment that is attentive to employee health.
Startup time
The target temperature is reached in approximately 1.5–2 hours with the system completely off and an external temperature of 0°C.
Comfort
It is easy to maintain a constant temperature and there is almost no thermal gradient, providing a comfortable workplace.
Savings
Thanks to a radiant system, diesel consumption dropped from 75,000 liters spent with the existing system to 63,000 liters.
