Eucold cools a beverage production company in Tajikistan!
The beverage production company needed to cool a 2,260 m² production area in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, a very hot region with extreme summer temperatures that can reach 45°C.

The client company is a leader in the beverage sector in Tajikistan. The production plant in Dushanbe specializes in soft drinks and employs a team of workers integrated with automated production processes.
Requirements
The Dushanbe area in Tajikistan is characterized by a continental climate, with extreme summer temperatures that can reach 45°C. In addition to the heat, the production activities carried out in industrial environments increase temperatures, causing extreme discomfort for workers and potential interruptions that threaten production planning.
To prevent this situation, our client decided to install a cooling system to mitigate the indoor climate. The reduction of operating and maintenance costs was a key factor in selecting the system. Furthermore, management had to be easy and intuitive, accessible anywhere and at any time for the energy manager.
The proposed solution
We proposed a solution to uniformly cool the production hall using EUCOLD evaporative coolers, featuring a cloud-based control system. To cool the 2,260 m production area2, we installed 12 EUCOLD 532B units at a height of 10 m with downward air discharge, for a total of 185,000 m3/h of treated air.
The EUVISION cloud supervision system allows for remote monitoring of all units via the cloud, using the EyeLan app or the Nubesforyou control panel. EUVISION allows all essential management operations for the installed units to be performed remotely, in addition to assigning a hierarchy of specific authorizations (important for defining operator roles).

The temperature inside the work environment dropped from 38°C (outdoor temperature) to 26°C, making the production area cooler and more comfortable.
