The company needed to replace the heating system in the existing warehouse, which consisted of a system with hot water air heaters, and also needed to provide heating for the new adjacent industrial warehouse.
The customer’s requirement was to uniformly heat the new production site, while paying particular attention to architectural and aesthetic constraints, as well as the height of the facility, which ranges from 16 to 23 meters.
The customer’s objective was to use a 100 kW condensing boiler to supply water to the radiant panel circuits and our radiant heating system. This would ensure uniform and efficient heating for the new showroom.
Forno Da Re needed to cool its production departments, which became excessively hot during the summer months. The high temperatures led the staff to frequently interrupt their work to take breaks in order to avoid heat-related health issues.
The goal was to upgrade the heating system. The existing one was inefficient and consumed a lot of energy. The continuous convective movement of air raised dust, making breathing harmful, and the control over performance and costs was approximate.
